Welcome to OPC Kids! Our mission it to let children know they are loved by God and that He wants them to have a relationship with Him. Sunday mornings we have Sunday School classes and nursery for ages birth-fifth grade during the worship service (10am). We encourage families to worship together at the beginning of the worship service, although nursery care is provided for infants-preschool before the service begins. About 15 minutes into the worship service we have a children’s message and then the kids are dismissed to Sunday School classes. In Sunday School the children will engage in worshiping God at their level. If you would like to worship as a family children are welcome to remain in worship instead. We also offer a family room off the east end of the sanctuary complete with a crib, rocking chairs and appropriate toys. Parents' Night Out Parents need a chance to refresh their own relationships. We have a fun night of activities planned for your kids while you get a night out. Typically Parents' Night Out is the third Friday of each month during the school year from 5:30-8:00pm. The suggested cost is $5/kid or $10/family maximum and includes a kid-friendly dinner. RSVP for Parents' Night Out to [email protected] |
