It is with great joy and anticipation that I begin this musical and spiritual journey with you as Opportunity’s Director of Music. Opportunity Church has a tradition of vital and engaged music ministry. Many treasured friends and colleagues have served here over the years - Tom Tavener, Cathy Fisher, Kent Kimball, Gary Plowman, and Helen Byrne - and truly I am humbled to follow in their path. Opportunity is blessed with a beautiful new facility and a warm, vibrant congregation. What inspires me most is an air of excitement as we move forward – excitement about new ministry opportunities, expanded ministries for children and youth, and, yes, a newly energized music ministry.
