THE BOOK OF ACTS

Join Adam Borgman as he leads you through a study of Acts utilizing the Max Lucado book, Life Lessons: The Book of Acts. Participants will be taken through a scripture lesson followed by an inspirational story from Max Lucado. Participants will have ample opportunity to explore the scripture, ask questions, and reflect on the meaning of Acts in their daily lives. Books will be available at the first class. This class begins January 8th and will run about 12 weeks. Join us!

THE REVELATION OF JOHN

The date 12/21/12 is when the world is supposed to come to an end - how many times have we heard this since the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ? There will be an adult education class studying the last book in the Bible, "The Revelation", to try and see if we can come up with more answers than questions. Terry and Nancy Shatto will lead the group in this study using William Barclay's book "The Revelation of John" as our main study text. We will also include insights from Steve Gregg's book "Revelation Four Views a Parallel Commentary" and Robert H Mounce's "The International Commentary on the New Testament the Book of Revelation". Also we will have opportunities to see videos on "The Seven Churches of Revelation Rediscovered" and Bruce Metzger's "Breaking the Code". As always we will have an open door policy, so join us as often as you can.
