Opportunity Presbyterian Church

to grow in commitment to the work of Christ in the world.

Opportunity Presbyterian Church is a member of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), which has approximately 2.4 million members, 11,100 congregations and 14,000 ordained and active ministers. Presbyterians trace their history to the 16th century and the Protestant Reformation. Our heritage, and much of what we believe, began with the French lawyer John Calvin (1509-1564), whose writings crystallized much of the Reformed thinking that came before him.

OPC was founded in 1913 and has served the community in our current location at North 202 Pines Road in Spokane Valley since 1919. In 2004, we dedicated our new building which houses the congregation today and provides space to many worthwhile outreach programs.
